Today's rise is simply a spoof rally,that is a smoke screen rally.
The investment bankers,KCE, went long their own stocks, and the mining shares in the linked Finviz Screener, which resulting in a carry trade rally sending most currencies higher than the Yen, which resulted in small cap pure value shares, RZV, rising higher than the small cap growth shares, RZG.
